Directions for completing a WECAN online application:
Thank you for your interest in employment with the Green Bay Area Public School District! The Green Bay Public School District uses an online application system, Wisconsin Education Career Access Network (WECAN) to accept applications for all vacancies. In order to make an application for employment with the District, you will need to have an active WECAN account and proceed through the online application process. An account will need to be created in order to view the details of job postings. Use this WECAN Applicant User Guide for assistance.
Certified staff are to use WECAN when applying for openings. Individuals applying for support positions may apply through WECAN or use the mobile responsive form application.
Internal Candidates
Open positions will be posted on WECAN, the Wisconsin Education Career Access Network. To ensure you are considered as an internal applicant, please be sure to click and select the district name of "Green Bay Area Public School District" and also enter your district email on the Applicant Registration page of your personal WECAN applicant account. Only those with a District email address ending in gbaps.org will appear as an internal applicant, and have the ability to view internal postings. The login page for WECAN is wecan.education.wisc.edu.
If you have not logged into WECAN since you were originally hired, you will need to login and then update your profile to add your GBAPS email address in the personal information section.
